Bittersweet. The shift to isolation brought swift changes that showed us how to slow down. There have been days filled with tears and bottles of wine some worse and more lonely than others. Physical and mental health have included zoom calls with friends, learning to grow my own vegetables, spending more time outside. Through it all I’m am reminded that even apart we are all surviving together and I am constantly filled with love for this little town in the ways people have come together to remind each other it will all be okay..
