Parade Project

A complete re-construction of the historic Parade area in front of Union Station is underway.  An open plaza with a fountain, community gathering areas, historic references and views of the city and the waterfront will be completed in 2009.

The municipal parking garage adjacent to the Parade is being improved to enhance the experience of visitors to New London and passengers on Amtrak, the bus lines and Cross Sound Ferry.
